WATER QUESTIONS:

Where does your water come from?: Our water comes from one of the purest springs located in Highlands County.
Can you tell me something about your water quality?: Our spring water has a TDS (total dissolved solids) number of less than 50. What does all of this mean? It means you are getting one of the purest, cleanest tasting spring waters in the country.

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

How many bottles in a case?: There are twenty-four 16.9 oz bottles in a case. There are sixty cases on each pallet and twenty-two pallets on a truckload.


What is custom label bottled water?: At Just Ad Water we consider custom label an extension of your business. We work with you to put your message, logo, company name, or event on your water. This gives you the freedom to advertise your own brand and use your water as a marketing tool.
How does the custom label program work?: Depending on your needs, Just Ad Water will create the most effective label and buying program to help you deliver your message. We have several different buying programs designed for various size orders. Please contact us and we will recommend a program that is right for you.
Why is custom label bottled water more expensive than store bought brands?: In general, any customized product is going to be more expensive than generic brands. Often times larger companies with cheaper case prices are unwilling or unable to deliver small quantities of custom labeled water. Smaller print quantities also cost more to produce than the larger quantities you may find at the grocery store.
Do you offer distributor programs to beverage or promotional product companies?: Yes, we offer special programs to distributors and promotional companies. Please call us for more details.
Do you offer storage?: Yes, we offer storage. Some of our programs include warehousing your water for you as well as supplying you with inventory controls.
What is the shelf life of bottled water?: Although there are no regulations currently in place on the shelf life of bottled water, we recommend that your water be consumed within two years.
What type of labels do you use?: Our labels are full adhesive polypropylene. They can be submerged indefinitely and are completely waterproof. The labels cannot be torn and the ink will never run or wear off.

ART RELATED QUESTIONS:

Will I have art approval before water is produced?: Yes, we will provide you with up to three proofs. Once a proof has been signed then production starts.
What is the lead-time for orders?: We can have a production ready proof to you within 5-7 business days of receiving your graphics. Allow two weeks for delivery from the signed proof.
What can I put on the label?: It’s your label, be creative. At Just Ad Water we will help you design your label to clearly promote your message. Even photographs will be printed with superb clarity.
Can I design my own label?: Yes, you can certainly design your own label. Give us a call and we’ll supply you with a working template as well as other art requirements.
How about re-orders?: Re-orders are no problem. We keep your graphics on file. Please allow two weeks for a reprint.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS:

Can you split ship or drop ship to more than one location?: Yes, we can ship to different locations. Local delivery charges will apply per drop. Freight charges will apply outside the delivery area.
What are pallet dimensions?: The filled pallet size is 48” x 40”. It is approximately 2000 pounds and is 55” tall.
How will my order arrive?: Depending on the quantity and location, Just Ad Water will deliver your order or it will be shipped to you by common carrier.
Where is the water being shipped from?: The water will be shipped from Lake Placid, Florida 33852.
How do you package your water?: Our cases of water come to you fully boxed. That way you can stack them higher without damage to the bottles.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS:

What is the cost?: We have different buying levels set-up for various quantities. Please contact us for a quote.
How do I order?: Simply contact us and we’ll take your information over the phone or via email.
What is the minimum order?: You can order any amount that suits your needs. At Just Ad Water one case is just as important as a truckload. We require a ten case minimum for deliveries, but we would be happy to ship less than 10 cases.
Can I pay with a credit card?: No, we do not accept credit cards.
How much is shipping?: Shipping charges will be calculated depending on where the final destination may be. Freight charges change depending on gas prices, etc… We will do our best to find the best rate for you. If you have a business with a shipping account we will gladly schedule a pick-up.
When is payment due?: Due to the nature of this custom product we do not offer terms. Payment in full is due upon a signed proof of your label.
Are there other start-up fees?: There is a one time graphic set-up fee. With that you will receive up to three proofs. Additional proofs will have additional graphic fees.
What about rush orders?: Just Ad Water will try to accommodate rush orders. Any order placed needing to be delivered in less than 2 weeks is subject to a 20% surcharge. Rush freight charges are extra
